Each pair of AUDRI LOU heels is handcrafted to order. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for production before your order ships. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Free standard shipping is included on all U.S. orders.

We currently ship worldwide. International shipping times and rates vary based on location. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or other import charges assessed by their country’s customs authority.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Since each pair is handcrafted to order and production may begin shortly after your order is placed, all sales are final.

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

Please carefully review your size, style, color, and order details before completing your purchase. Ordering an incorrect size is not considered a product defect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Our goal is to ensure that every pair meets our quality standards before leaving our studio.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim promptly and provide an appropriate solution.
